Return & Refund Policy

At Order and Delivery, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within  5 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
    • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal hygiene products, gift cards, or customized items, are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
  2. Proof of Purchase:

    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
  3. Return Process:

    • Contact our Customer Support team at support@orderanddelivery.co.za to initiate a return.
    • Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the item(s).

Note: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  1. Refund Approval:
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within [X days].
  2. Partial Refunds:
    • Items not in their original condition or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error may only be eligible for a partial refund.
  3. Non-Refundable Situations:
    • Items returned after the [5-day return period] are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@orderanddelivery.co.za with details and photos of the damage.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account for the refund.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@orderanddelivery.co.za.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, faulty, or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over  $1000. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
